FEED ROLLER:
The overfeed is not a delivery system. It only supports the yarn during winding-up onto the take up package. The percentage increase in circumferential speed of over feed roller in relating to circumferential speed of take up drum influences the delivery tension and there by density or softness of take up package. The required percentage of over feed can be achieved by selecting the suitable sprocket which is located at head unit.
